Coming from a storied line of Cuban cigar makers, AJ Fernandez combines old world technique with his own unique perspective at his factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, which has produced some of the most exciting blends of the past decade. Boasting an Ecuador Sumatra wrapper, Corojo 99 binder, and Criollo 98 and Pilito Cubano filler, the cigar could best be described as medium to full-bodied with a sweet, balanced taste profile and notes of almond.
